Brittany Kennell At Le Studio TD

We're a little bit backed up on getting my concert photographs up here on The Old Blog.  I suppose we will catch up at some point, but this would be a good time to remind you that my concert photographs can be seen in a much more timely manner by visiting V13Media, which you can do by following the link.  If you'd like an even more direct route to my photographs, you can visit my personal page over there but using the following link.  Our very first country music show of the year at Le Studio TD featured a very special guest star.  Montreal's own Country Music Queen, Brittany Kennell.  My kids know her best as the sometimes singer of the National Anthems for the Montreal Canadiens.  When they get older, perhaps they’ll dig through Dad’s music collection and discover her albums.  They’re all full of great songs.  She gave us a mix of both old and new, beginning with her latest single, “Life’s Waiting On Me”.  Brittany Kennell's most recent album was 2024's Pink Collar, so perhaps this is the sign of a new album to come.  All of the songs got a great reaction from the hometown crowd.  Old favourites “Eat Drink Remarry” and “Bought The T-Shirt” are still terrific fun to hear live.  Guitarist Antoine Loiselle was his usual awesome self, which always adds to the greatness of Brittany’s shows.  Even after the power to her amps were accidentally cut off, Brittany Kennell still stood.  Triumphantly strumming her guitar until the technical problems were fixed.  It was a great performance indeed.  All of the photographs were taken at f/3.2 while using various different shutter speeds, ISO settings and focal lengths.  Here are the rest of the photographs that I took of Brittany Kennell as she performed on the Le Studio TD stage.
