Peaceful Easy Feeling

The whole clan has returned from a little late summer break at another of SEPAQ's wonderful cottages.  This one was located at the a Réserve Faunique Rouge-Matawin, smack in the middle of the Lanaudière and Laurentides regions of Québec.  I'm the very definition of a City Mouse, but I do like getting away to the quiet of the country for a little break.  Our cottage had an access to Lac Sapin and My Lovely Assistant along with the Heir Apparant and Crown Prince had lots of fun playing in and around the water while I was taking in the sights.  The weather was nice and upon our arrival, I was treated to some nice juicy clouds and a very calm lake.  Just the kind of things I like to shoot.  The photograph was taken at f/7.1, 1/1250sec, ISO 400 at 24mm.  If you're looking for a nice and quiet getaway in the woods, the Réserve Faunique Rouge-Matawin is just the place for you.
