Kalan At Longueuil Ribfest

Writing, writing, writing.One of the traditional performers at the annual Longueuil Ribfest has been Toronto rapper, Kalan.  A rising star on the Toronot Hip Hop scene, this was his third appearance at the annual festival and it is always a treat to see him perform.  After three years of seeing Kalan up on the stage, you can't help but to see his growth as both an artist and a performer.  He was always pretty comfortable up on the stage but you can now sense an added presence to his performance.  He was also a big hit with the kids, as they all rushed the stage for his performance.  He was also very kind with his fans, sticking around to meet them and sign autographs well in to the night.  The first photograph was taken at f/3.2, 1/320sec, ISO 400 at 65mm.  Here are several more photographs that I took of Kalan during his performance.
