No matter where you happen to be, the colours of the leaves are probably in the middle of changing right about now. Some may be more advanced than others, which could lead to some fun little mixes of colours. I found this patch of red changing leaves when visiting the parents. Nestled right among a bunch of still green foliage, they really stand out. As an added bonus, they were next to a set of train tracks, something that I am always drawn to. Add in some sunshine and a nice blue sky mixed among some shadows and you have a very nice mixture of colours to be seen. The photograph was taken at f/16, 1/125sec, ISO 400 at 70mm. Head out and take a look. The colours are quite spectacular right now, but it will only take little wind before all they all end up on the ground.
