Mara Tremblay has been a constant in the Québec music scene for 30 years, and she brought her music to Brossard as one of the musical acts for the Festin Culturel. After taking part in several other groups, she released her first solo album in 1999, and her most recent, Cassiopée, was released last year. She has been nominated for several ADISQ awards, winning more than a few along the way, including the award of Alternative Album of the Year in 1999 for her album Le Chihuahua. The first photograph was taken at f/2.8, 1/200sec, ISO 3200 at 200mm and here are several more photographs that I took while she performed.

Nothing like some good old rock and roll guitar to get the blood flowing. There is nothing I like more than watching someone rock out on the guitar, and she got the crowd rocking to her songs. For those of you who have been following along to all of the updates, there is still one more to go, and based on that last two photographs of this update, you might be able to figure out who it will be.
