It was a return to Victoria Ave. on Friday night for another night of music at Saint-Lambert en Fête. The musical theme for the evening was World Music and to open the evening activities on the big Scène Desjardins was Sabor De Cuba. They are a musical group based out of Montreal that specializes in Latin music and they brought a taste of Salsa and Merengue to Saint-Lambert. While not a big fan of latin music even I couldn't help to find myself tapping my feet and feeling the groove while I was snapping away my photographs. Their energy on stage ws infectious and they had the crowd eating out of their hands by the end of their set. The first photograph was taken at f/2.8, 1/250sec ISO 1600 at 28mm. Here are more photographs that I took during their performance.

I ended up flipping between a 24-70mm and a 70-200mm lens during this show. With ensemble groups on the stage, you need a wide enough lens to get everyone in the photograph, as well as a good zoom for some close-ups. It was a full energy show and got the crowd grooving. A great performance.
