My latest little musical adventure saw me get a pass to shoot the musical acts at the annual Festin Culturel de Brossard this past weekend. This was my second year attending the event, though the first with a photo pass to cover the musical acts. First on the bill was Lynda Thalie. She describes herself as an artist without borders. As a child, she emigrated to Canada from her native Algeria and found her voice through music. She has released four albums and has also lent her voice to film, being the french voice of Wonder Woman in the movies of the famous DC Comics character. As someone with such a multicultural background, she made for the perfect musical act at an event that showcases the cuisine of many different cultures. The first photograph was taken at f/2.8, 1/250sec, ISO 3200 at 70mm. Here are some more photographs of her performance.
